Outdoor 2021 Refund Policy

The Chinooks have already provided refunds and credits to members due to the COVID pandemic, and we have formalized some policy/communication updates to address our refund and credit situation.

Should CMSA League Competition Play and in-person Chinooks Practices and Academy not be possible, the Chinooks are committed to offering Refunds or Credits to all of our members on a pro-rated basis to how much of the program has been delivered.

While our existing refund policy stands for all members who register with us and where we are able to fully deliver our programming, the Chinooks recognize that the COVID pandemic is unique circumstances.  

In situations where the Chinooks have to permanently or temporarily suspend in person practices, academy training or CMSA league play, the circumstances and timing on what has been delivered to the membership to date (or pre- and post-delivery depending on how the season circumstances unfold) will help determine the pro-rated Refund or Credits that Chinooks membership will be offered. All refunds and credits will be clearly communicated to our membership.

The Chinooks have provided refunds and credits for the Outdoor 2020 season, and for the Indoor 2020-2021 season.  The Chinooks do NOT charge for Zoom training sessions, however we have offered Zoom sessions to keep members engaged during the periods of inactivity at no cost.
